Happiness snowballed as the queue for the educational tour was made at Sunrise Public School on Monday, 03 February, 2025. The tour organized by Sunrise Public School with the assistance of Miles2Smile was marked with an array of educational programs, intellectual stimulation, cultural enlightenment, and more.

The tour commenced with a visit to the World Book Fair, 2025, at the Bharat Mandapam, Delhi. With the heart of a reader, students from diverse grades picked up the masterpieces of their favorite writers and explored the world of words.

The book fair, commemorating India’s advert as a democratic republic with the theme ‘Republic@75, piqued the curiosity among the students to learn about democracy and Republic Day.
On moving further, the students interacted with the members of the Muslim Council of Elders. Highlighting the importance of peace and harmony, the interaction acted as a catalyst for students’ knowledge and love for the country.

After exploring the world of words, the students paid their visits towards India Gate. On the way towards the destination, a learning session was conducted to mark the sacrifices of the freedom fighters.
Symbolic of India’s nationhood, sacrifice, valor, and freedom, the India Gate instilled a sense of patriotism among the students. Abuzz was created in the garden of India Gate when delicious food was laid. Sharing their lunch, the students blanched into happiness and bliss.

Furthermore, a group of students demonstrated their interest in playing cricket. Aspiring Dhoni and Kohli, uncharted their love for bowling and fielding. On the other hand, a few students were seen playing blindfold.

Sitting on the lush carpet of green grass, a few other students were seen reading the books purchased at the world book fair.
As the sun went down on the horizon, the educators and coordinators of Sunrise Public School decided to take the students back to the school. “What a fun day it was,” said a few students, expressing their happiness and satisfaction.
