Let this Ramadan be the reason someone sleeps soundly, free from the weight of worry
Miles2Smile is proud to announce its Ramadan Ration Kit Distribution for the year 2025, an initiative that aims to provide essential food items to some of the most vulnerable members of society. The distribution targets widows who have lost their husbands due to mob lynching or communal violence, orphans who have lost their parents in similar tragedies, families who have survived forced demolitions, and individuals who are in dire need of support. Through this initiative we are committed to reaching 200 people in need and ensuring they have the resources to observe the holy month of Ramadan with dignity.
At Miles2Smile, we believe in offering long-lasting help that is filled with love and warmth. Our goal is not only to provide immediate relief but to build a sense of solidarity and community. This is why, in addition to distributing ration kits, we organize daily iftar and suhoor meals for orphans and children at our Madrassa throughout the month of Ramadan. This annual effort fosters a strong bond of unity among the children and helps instill a sense of belonging.
This year, through the generous contribution, we were able to gather sufficient funds in a span of two days to support more than 200 people and create a Ramadan Box—a box of rhema. Every time a family opens it, a sense of love engulfs every nook and cranny of their house. We included various products, nutrients, and items necessary for a family to experience everlasting happiness.
The Ramadan Ration Kit, which is carefully curated every year, includes all the essential items a family needs to observe Ramadan without worry. This year, our distribution drive covers multiple states, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, and other areas. By reaching out to those living in remote or impoverished regions, we aim to ensure that even the most isolated families can experience the blessings of Ramadan.
Each family receiving a Ramadan box is given not just a meal, but also a message of hope and support. The response from families has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing their gratitude for the practical and emotional support they’ve received.
One of the families from Loni, upon receiving their Ramadan kit, shared their heartfelt gratitude and said “The box has everything we wanted for the month, even more than that. Thank you, Miles2Smile!”
Another family, living in Loni, also expressed their joy and appreciation when receiving their ration kit. “This is more than our expectations. We are happy that we will spend our Ramadan without worry. The kit has everything we need, and we feel cared for. Thank you for thinking of us,” they said.
While the Ramadan ration distribution drive is an essential part of our work, we cannot do it alone. We are grateful to our generous donors, volunteers, and supporters who make this initiative possible year after year. Their contributions, whether through monetary donations, food supplies, or time spent assisting with distribution, play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this mission.

The school will provide education to the children who lost their parents in communal violence, mob lynching and those who have survived targeted demolition.
